Delivery Option 1 - Free Shipping -  Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (Signature Required)

*Duration: 1-3 Days within UK Mainland    -    (excluding Sunday and Bank Holiday's; Outside UK mainland could take a couple of days extra)

Delivery Option 2 - Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery (Guranteed Next day if ordered before 11.30am) 

*Duration:  Next Day within UK Mainland   -   (excluding Sunday and Bank Holiday's; Outside UK mainland could take a couple of days extra)
*Cost: £8.25 - UK 

Orders placed on a friday next working day is monday.

Guaranteed next day when you order before 11am.


Shipping Time Outside of UK

*Duration - 3-15 working days

*Cost - £25.00

NOTE: Goods received outside the time frame is beyond our control i.e postal strike, adverse weather conditions, etc.

Custom Charges

When ordering goods from Isaac's Boutique for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as custom policies vary from country to country.



If you wish to return an item, it should be received by us within 7 days of receipt of the item for orders within the UK and 14 days for orders from overseas.

You will not be refunded for items received by us outside this time scale. Once you have received your item, please email us the reason for requesting a refund. You shall be refunded for the cost of the item. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We can't be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit to us in which case we reserve the right to refuse a refund and it will be your responsibility to seek compensation from the carrier. For your protection we recommend you use a recorded-delivery service.

If we receive the item which was damaged whilst in your care or which have been returned to us with stains, water stains, any kind of marks, or which emit body odors or perfume scents, it will not be refunded.


General Return Policies

1.  Contact Isaac's Customer Service to initiate the return process within 7 days upon receiving your item(s).

Please note that we only accept products in their original condition, and we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service at "Contact Us" and obtain a "Product Return" form that must be included with your package.

2.  Mis-shipped products: Once we have confirmed your mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), we will be responsible for item exchange and postage will be on us. You may also return the product and get a full refund including postage.

3. If the item is UNWANTED and UNOPENED (in its original condition) you can return your Abaya but the full postage fee is upon the customer. 

4.  Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are qualified to get a full refund.


Cancellation Policy 

- Unpaid orders will be cancelled automatically after 3 days. 

- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Upon receiving your order you must return is to us.

If you would like to cancel your order, please login to "My Orders", select the order you need help with, and request a cancellation.

Returning For Replacement or Refund

Refunds will not be processed if you have taken incorrect measurements for Pre-Order item sized 64 and over.

In any other case if you are returning or exchanging Abayas or accessories, please make sure they are in their original "NEW" condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.

Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items

You are qualified to get a full refund if your items are defective or damaged. If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must first obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier, which needs to be included in your returned package.

Color Mismatch

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on Isaac's . Slight color aberration of your Abaya and the color shown on screen may not mean that there a defect. However, if you are positive that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible. 


Returns Postal Fee is upon customer, unless there is a genuine manufacturing fault on the item or if the item was mis-shipped.

NOTE: All our Abayas are always thouroughly checked, sealed with our Company Label Sticker and parcelled off to customer. This is to ensure our customers receive thier goods in pristine condition.

Return Process

1. Submit a return request at Customer Service - Returns within 7 days upon receiving your order. Please include an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return.

Please note that returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Isaac's Customer Service.

2. Once Isaac's Customer Service has approved your request, we will provide you with return address as well as a Product Return Form that must be filled in and included with your return. Please send the item(s) through your local post office within 3-5 business days once you have received the form. Include the Product Return Form with your return. Please don’t use courier agency like UPS, DHL or FedEx to return the parcel as we will not pay for the Custom fee that might be included.

3. Once received at our facility, your return will be processed in within 24 hours. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to two billing cycles for it to be credited to your account.

Please note that items returned in unacceptable condition will not be processed as refunds.

 All PayPal payment can only refund via PayPal, all Credit Card payment will only be refunded to the original Credit Card.
